Authors who publish the journal agrees with the following requirements:

1. Author retains copyright and grant the journal about the first publication with works that simultaneously licensed under Creative Commons Attribution License that allows other people share the work with an acknowledgment of the works of writers and publications beginning in this journal.
2. The author can insert additional separate contract arrangements for a non-exclusive distribution of the journal version (for example, send it to the institutional repository or publish in a book), with a recognition of the publications originally in this journal

Authors are allowed and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., In the institutional repository or on their website) before and during the process of delivery, because it can lead to a productive exchange, as well as the quotation works previously published.
