ETIKA BERMEDIA SOSIAL DALAM PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR'AN: Kajian QS. Al-Hujurat: 11-12 dan Implikasinya terhadap Materi Akhlak dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam

This research aims to formulate the concept of social media ethics based on Al Quran surat Al Hujurat verses eleven to twelve and explore its practical implications for Morals material in Islamic Religious Education learning. The research method uses Mixed Methods approach with Sequential Explanatory design, where the quantitative phase involves fifty students through questionnaires to capture digital ethics reality, continued by qualitative phase through maudhui tafsir study and in-depth interviews to formulate pedagogical solutions. Research results show that seventy six percent of students were involved in digital ethics violations, with highest percentage in spreading information without tabayyun at forty one percent. Tafsir study reveals that Al Hujurat verses eleven to twelve offer comprehensive solutions through prohibitions of tahqir, lamaz, zhan, and ghibah which are very relevant to contemporary cyber context. Research implications affirm that Islamic Religious Education materials must transform using viral case-based learning, development of integrated digital ethics modules, and strengthening teacher roles as digital murabbi through P5RA program to fortify students from moral crises in cyberspace holistically and form character of muslim generation with noble morals in era of increasingly sophisticated digital information and communication technology disruption currently to realize civilized and dignified society in better future.
