KEPEMIMPINAN SPIRITUAL DALAM PENGUATAN BUDAYA RELIGIUS MADRASAH DINIYAH: Studi pada Lembaga Pendidikan Islam Berbasis Masyarakat Nurul Huda Candi Burung Proppo Pamekasan
Abstract
This study aims to describe the role of spiritual leadership in strengthening religious culture at Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Huda Candi Burung Proppo Pamekasan, a community-based Islamic educational institution. Spiritual leadership is understood as the leader's ability to instill religious values, serve as a role model, and build spiritual awareness among the madrasah community. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that spiritual leadership plays a crucial role in shaping religious culture through the habituation of worship, the instilling of morals, and the exemplary behavior of teachers and caregivers. Furthermore, community support strengthens the implementation of religious values in the daily lives of students. Thus, spiritual leadership is a key factor in creating a religious and character-building educational environment.
