The author sends the manuscript via online, then the editor sends the manuscript to the section editor, then the section editor sends the manuscript to the reviewer according to his expertise and comes from another institution using a double-blind review system, then the reviewer sends the manuscript to the editor, then the editor sends the manuscript to the author with the decision rejected, revised or accepted, then the author sends the revised manuscript to the editor, then the editor publishes the article.            

Penulis mengirimkan naskah via online, kemudian editor mengirimkan naskah tersebut ke editor bagian, setelah itu editor bagian mengirimkannya kepada reviewer sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya yang berasal dari institusi lain menggunakan sistem review double-blind. Reviewer mengirimkan kembali naskah tersebut kepada editor yang diteruskan ke penulis dengan beberapa keputusanpenolakan artikel, revisi atau diterima, kemudian penulis mengirimkan kembali hasil revisiannya setelah itu editor akan mempublish artikel tersebut.
