This study aims to analyze the influence of technostress on the performance of halal industry players with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method of 81 halal-certified MSMEs in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that technostress significantly influenced the performance of halal industry players, meaning that pressure from technology use directly affected performance. Self-efficacy was shown to significantly moderate the relationship between technostress and performance in a negative direction, indicating that high self-confidence weakens the influence of technostress on performance. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening individual psychological capacity to support successful digital adaptation in the halal industry.
