LICENSING POLICY
Environmental and Agriculture Management (EAM) is committed to promoting the accessibility, responsible reuse, and dissemination of scientific knowledge through transparent open-access licensing practices. The journal supports the sharing of research findings while respecting authors' intellectual property rights and ensuring appropriate acknowledgment of scholarly contributions.
All articles published in EAM are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license permits readers and other users to access, copy, distribute, share, and adapt published works for non-commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:
-
Attribution (BY): Users must provide appropriate credit to the original authors, identify the source of publication, include a link to the license, and indicate whether any modifications have been made.
-
NonCommercial (NC): Published materials may be reused and adapted for non-commercial purposes. Commercial reuse beyond the permissions granted by the license requires separate authorization from the relevant copyright holder.
-
ShareAlike (SA): Adaptations or derivative works that are shared must be distributed under the same Creative Commons license or a license officially recognized as compatible.
Under this licensing arrangement, authors retain copyright ownership of their scholarly works and grant EAM a non-exclusive right of first publication. Authors may share and distribute their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, or other scholarly platforms, with appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication in EAM.
Materials incorporated from third-party sources may be subject to separate copyright and licensing conditions. Such materials must be appropriately credited, and any restrictions or permissions must be clearly indicated.
