EDITORIAL TEAM

Environmental and Agriculture Management (EAM) is committed to maintaining a transparent, qualified, and independent editorial team responsible for ensuring scientific quality, publication integrity, and effective scholarly communication in environmental and agricultural sciences.

The journal's scientific editorial structure consists of an Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board, supported by an International Advisory Editorial Board and editorial management and production personnel. Editorial members are appointed based on their academic qualifications, research expertise, publication experience, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the initial screening of submitted manuscripts, including the assessment of scientific suitability, novelty, and alignment with the journal's scope. Manuscripts that meet these requirements are assigned to Editorial Board members with relevant subject expertise.

Assigned Editorial Board members manage the peer review process, evaluate reviewers' reports, and independently make final editorial decisions concerning manuscripts under their responsibility. These decisions are based on scientific merit, methodological rigor, originality, and compliance with publication ethics.
