ADVISORY BODY POLICY
Environmental and Agriculture Management (EAM) maintains an Editorial Board and an International Advisory Editorial Board comprising qualified academics and researchers with expertise relevant to environmental and agricultural sciences. These bodies support the journal's commitment to scientific excellence, research integrity, and responsible scholarly publishing.
Members are selected based on their academic qualifications, research expertise, publication records, professional experience, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope. All members must agree to serve before their names and institutional affiliations are publicly listed.
The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for conducting the initial screening of submitted manuscripts, assessing their scientific suitability, novelty, and alignment with the journal's scope. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements are assigned to Editorial Board members with relevant subject expertise.
Assigned Editorial Board members are responsible for managing the peer review process, evaluating reviewers' reports, and making independent final editorial decisions on manuscripts under their responsibility. Decisions must be based on scientific merit, methodological rigor, originality, and compliance with publication ethics.
EAM maintains transparency by publishing the names, institutional affiliations, and areas of expertise of its editorial and advisory members on the journal's Editorial Team page. Membership information is periodically reviewed to ensure its accuracy and continued relevance.
All editorial and advisory members are expected to uphold professional integrity, disclose relevant conflicts of interest, and respect editorial independence. The journal's owner, publisher, and managing unit must not improperly influence scientific evaluations or editorial decisions.
