PENERAPAN HEALTH PROMOTION MODEL PENDER: DETERMINAN SITUASIONAL KOMITMEN IBU DALAM PENCEGAHAN STUNTING PADA BALITA

Rendahnya pencegahan stunting mengindikasikan perlunya analisis anteseden perilaku dalam kerangka Health Promotion Model (HPM). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis menganalisis penerapan Health Promotion Model Pender melalui pembuktian pengaruh determinan situasional dalam membangun komitmen tindakan ibu terhadap upaya pencegahan stunting pada balita di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Penelitian kuantitatif berdesain cross-sectional ini melibatkan 180 ibu balita (0–60 bulan) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Arosbaya, Kabupaten Bangkalan. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik multistage random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara terstruktur berinstrumen kuesioner tervalidasi dan dianalisis menggunakan Regresi Logistik Ordinal (alpha = 0,05). Sebagian besar responden memiliki tingkat komitmen tindakan yang kurang (77,8%). Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan bahwa seluruh determinan situasional secara signifikan memprediksi komitmen ibu (p < 0,05). Budaya pengasuhan tradisional (β = 1,421; p = 0,000) dan status ekonomi keluarga (β = 1,350; p = 0,000) menjadi prediktor positif terkuat. Akses teknologi informasi kesehatan (β = 1,185; p = 0,000) dan dukungan kebijakan publik (β= 0,812; p = 0,001) terbukti memperkuat komitmen sebagai situational cues, sedangkan jumlah anak (β = -0,745; p = 0,001) berbanding terbalik terhadap komitmen ibu. Komitmen ibu dalam pencegahan stunting sangat dikonstruksi oleh lingkungan situasionalnya. Intervensi perilaku tidak cukup hanya bertumpu pada edukasi kognitif individu, melainkan membutuhkan rekayasa lingkungan situasional melalui dekonsentrasi budaya patriarkal berbasis tokoh lokal, edukasi digital interaktif, dan prioritas pendampingan bagi keluarga berparitas tinggi.
