Sakti Bidadari (Satuan Bakti Bidan Untuk Negeri) is a journal published twice a year by the D3 Midwifery Study Program at the Universitas Islam Madura. Sakti Bidadari publishes scientific articles both from research results and innovations in the field of midwifery and health. The scope of the Journal includes:

This journal is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available at no charge to the user or the institution. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text papers, or use them for other lawful purposes without seeking permission from the publisher or author.
All technical or research papers and research results submitted to the Sakti Bidadari Journal must be original, never previously published in any journal or undergo such a process worldwide. All submissions will be peer reviewed by a panel of experts associated with Jurnal Sakti Bidadari. Submitted papers must meet internationally accepted criteria and manuscripts must follow the style of the journal for review and editing purposes.
