This study focuses on the role of social capital in improving aloe vera farming performance in the Sumber Boga Women Farmer Group (KWT Sumber Boga). The research problem arises from suboptimal regular meetings, member participation, and business coordination, making it necessary to examine the influence of trust, norms, and social networks on farming performance. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using simple random sampling of 40 respondents from 111 members of KWT Sumber Boga in Tamanmartani Village, Kalasan District, Sleman Regency. The independent variables consisted of trust, norms, and social networks, while the dependent variable was farming performance. Data were collected through a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire, observations, and supporting interviews and were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust, norms, and social networks simultaneously had a significant effect on farming performance (F = 42.754; p < 0.05) with an R² value of 0.781. Partially, only social networks had a significant effect on farming performance (t = 3.800; p = 0.001), whereas trust and norms had no significant effect. These findings indicate that aloe vera farming performance in KWT Sumber Boga is more determined by the group's ability to build external networks. This study provides a practical basis for developing aloe vera farming through partnership expansion, regular meetings, and strengthening group management.
