EVALUASI PENYIMPANAN OBAT DI GUDANG FARMASI PUSKESMAS DLINGO I KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract

Drug storage is an activity to monitor and protect drugs from physical and chemical damage, drug quality can be maintained and drug supplies are not lost or damaged. Errors in drug storage can affect the quality and effectiveness of drugs, which can cause ineffective treatment for patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of drug storage in the pharmacy warehouse of the Dlingo 1 Health Center, Bantul Regency. The design of this study was descriptive observational non-experimental with a cross-sectional approach. The data used in this study were primary data consisting of observation checklist sheets and pharmacist interview results, as well as secondary data, namely stock opname data for December 2022 and 2023, total demand for 2023, LPLPO for 2023 and 10% of drug samples from the total number of drugs taken randomly in 2024. The guidelines used in this study were Satibi (2014), Satibi (2020), Kemenkes (2010), and Kemenkes (2019). The results of this study obtained drug storage efficiency, namely the TOR value of 10 times/year, expired and/or damaged drugs 9.65%, dead stock of drugs 19.56%, conformity of stock cards with the number of drugs 100%, final stock of drugs 10%, and conformity of drug storage obtained warehouse layout 80%, and drug storage process 100%. The conclusion of this study is that the evaluation of drug storage efficiency at the Dlingo I Health Center, Bantul Regency is in accordance with the aspects are TOR, conformity of stock cards with the number of drugs and has not been in accordance with the aspects of dead stock of drugs, final stock of drugs, expired and/or damaged drugs. Evaluation of storage conformity is in accordance with the storage process aspect and has not been in accordance with the aspect of drug layout.
